32 Teams
5v5
A minimum of three players needed for any game to be started
Standard MR15 Rules
Game played on Home server (In the event of the Home Team being serverless, alternative arrangements can be made)
Teams must be on the server within 15 minutes of the start time
EUGL CS:S Rules apply
No red crossed players allowed
Libra is MANDATORY - No Excuses, unless you have errors in which case, you are to use XAC and record a POV demo

PsYcHoS Lost Second Match 23-7

Played on a laggy server and got 2 who timed out, and the rest left after the 2 timed thats why 23-7

It was 8:7 in first half and then when you started playing as T Gola timed out and then South, etc :( I've entered server when you guys timed out and killed like 3 of them in a round although i got over 200ms latency. They've said server is located in Germany but i just don't believe it because they are from Russia! Final score entered on EUGL was 16:7 for them.
