Here is my application i was requested to do:

2. Where You live: Sweden
3. How often You play: About 50-60 hours per 2 weeks.
4. How long You've played: Since 2006.
5. Your occupation / education: Studying at highschool.

8. Which server(s) you play on the most: Warservers and DM servers, i warm up at DM servers and play wars at warservers. Almost no public playing for me.
9. Previous clans you were in, experience: I have played at a site named r60.org , i havent played for any team that is famous international but i have only played in teames that are working good and have experienced and good players.
10. Favorite Weapon(s): i like to play both rifle and awp, but im best at awp.
11. Favorite Map: de_nuke for sure
12. You need to know ALL official bomb defuse maps: i dont know if u got any special map who i dont know, but i know all esl maps and some maps outside esl too.
13. You need to speak English: yes i know to speak swedish, english and serbian.

It doesn't hurt to add:
1. Hobbies: karate and tennis
2. Interests: gaming, sports and my education.
3. Your average ping on the servers: on a swedish server i got like 10, and on a international i got like 40-50
4. Your connection speed: 8mbit/sek
5. People you know already in the clan: no one, have just talked to 1 guy.
6. Your First-Person-Shooter History: dont really understand this question.
7. What Other Online Games You Play: I have played WoW, HoN, Diablo and some more random games, but now i just play css.
8. Are you willing to donate to PsYcHoS servers: sure

Whoow when u only warm up and than plays wars only and u got 50-60 hours @ 2 weeks you play alot wars then
